Log into your dashboard and submit a design request. Describe the project, drop in any copy, upload reference images, and set your priority level. Most briefs take less than five minutes to fill out. No phone calls. No intake meetings. Just a clear brief of what you need and you’re done.

Approve our SOW
It’s time to get to work
Your dedicated designer reviews your brief, pulls up your brand profile, and gets to work. You’ll receive a first draft within one business day for most requests — two for more complex projects. Each deliverable is reviewed before it’s sent to you, so you’re never viewing an unrefined design.
Step Three
We get the work done
Review, revise, done
Leave feedback directly in the platform — mark up the design, leave comments, or describe the changes in plain language. We revise until you’re completely happy, with no limits on revision rounds. Once approved, you can download your final files instantly in any format you need.

Some commonly asked questions from new clients…
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. All new matters begin with an engagement agreement. In most cases, this takes the form of a Statement of Work to be signed electronically. Our engagement terms may be reviewed online here.
What happens if I need something outside of scope?
Just ask. If a request falls outside of the current scope, we’ll let you know upfront and discuss options. We won’t begin work that will add cost until you OK it.
How do I communicate with my attorney?
We use email, Teams, and phone calls for most communications. We are open to using other communication tools of your preference so long as our confidentiality requirements are met. We do not allow external AI notetakers.
Do I have to pay up front?
Typically we require a deposit equal to the total estimate before beginning the stated work. Deposits are placed in our IOLTA trust account. We don’t earn them until we bill against the deposit.
